Would you like to receive messages from specific apps on your GARD PRO smartwatch? Follow these simple steps for all our models:
  1. Open the GloryFit AppStart the GloryFit app on your smartwatch.
  2. Go to“ device”Tap device in the app menu.
  3. Select “App”You will see a list of apps for which you can receive notifications. Enable notifications for the apps you want to receive notifications from.
Troubleshooting: Not receiving notifications?
If notifications are not getting through, check the following settings:
  1. Check the GloryFit app settings.
  • Open the GloryFit app on your smartphone.
  • Go to the notification settings within the app.
  • Make sure the check boxes for the desired apps are selected.

  • Open your cell phone's settings.
  • Go to 'Apps' and search for the “GloryFit app”.
  • Make sure all necessary permissions are enabled, such as notifications and access to notifications.

  • Search for the specific app, for example WhatsApp, and check if “show preview” is set to 'Always'. If necessary, turn this on.

Bluetooth

A good Bluetooth connection is essential for a hassle-free experience with your GARD PRO smartwatch. Here are some important aspects the Bluetooth connection must meet to function optimally:

    • Stay Close: Always try to stay within the recommended range of 10 meters for optimal connection.
    • Avoid Obstacles: Place your smartphone and GARD PRO in a place where there are as few physical obstacles as possible to minimize the chance of disconnection.
    • Disable Unnecessary Bluetooth Devices: If you have multiple Bluetooth devices nearby, disable the Bluetooth feature on devices you are not currently using.
    • Check Battery Status: A weak battery can affect Bluetooth connection performance. Make sure that both your smartphone and your GARD PRO have sufficient battery power.

Measurements

    • Check placement: Make sure you are wearing the GARD PRO correctly, for example, tight enough to ensure accurate readings but not too tight to impede blood flow.
    • Restart the measurement: Sometimes restarting the measurement can help get a more accurate result. Close the app and start a new measurement.
    • Check the battery: A low battery can affect the accuracy of measurements. Make sure your GARD PRO is adequately charged.
    • Update the software: Make sure you have the latest version of the GloryFit app and firmware installed on your GARD PRO. Updates can solve problems and improve performance.

Important to know

GPS

If you notice that the GPS location is not displayed correctly, we recommend going to your phone's settings. Go to “Apps,” select the GloryFit app and set the location setting to “Always. This will ensure that your routes are recorded more accurately during your activities.


NFC

The NFC functionality on the Ultra 2+ is indeed always enabled by default, for specific functions such as access control.

Unlike other functions that require user activation, NFC usually works in the background without the need for explicit user intervention.

So if you want to pair the Ultra 2+ with an access door, but you don't see an option to enable it in the settings or app, that's because it's already enabled and ready to use when you need it. It works exactly the same as you would otherwise add the “access pass” to the access door.


Set up the time

Install the Gloryfit app and settings on your cell phone

To fully utilize your GARD PRO Smartwatch, you need to install the Gloryfit app and set up your cell phone correctly. Follow these steps to make sure everything goes smoothly.

2.1 Go to the App/Play store:

  1. Open the application store on your cell phone.
  2. Search for the Gloryfit App: Type “Gloryfit” in the search bar. Below is a picture of the correct Gloryfit app


2.2 Download and Install: Select the appropriate Gloryfit app from the search results and tap “Download” or “Install.

Follow this roadmap to ensure that your cell phone's settings are configured correctly so that your GARD PRO Smartwatch can perform all its functions optimally.


  1. Open your cell phone's settings
    • Find the settings icon on your home screen or in your apps overview and tap it to open the settings.
  2. Go to “Apps.”
    • In the settings menu, scroll down and tap “Apps” or “Applications” to see a list of all installed apps.
  3. Select the “Gloryfit App.”
    • Search the list for the Gloryfit app and tap it to open the app-specific settings.
  4. Check the app settings.
    • Here you will see a list of settings for the Gloryfit app. Make sure the following settings are correct:
    • Permissions: Make sure the app has access to the necessary permissions, such as location, notifications and any other relevant permissions.
    • Notifications: Make sure notifications are enabled so you receive updates and alerts from your GARD PRO Smartwatch.
    • Background Activities: Make sure the app is allowed to run in the background so it can continuously sync data with your smartwatch.
    • Bluetooth: Make sure Bluetooth permissions are enabled so that your GARD PRO Smartwatch can communicate correctly with your phone.

By following these steps, you will ensure that your GARD PRO Smartwatch functions optimally and all features such as messages, calls and sports and health tracking work properly.


Change your watchface

How do you download additional watch faces?

  1. Open the GloryFit app on your smartwatch.
  2. Go to “Device” in the menu.

  3. Select “Watchfaces” to access the watch face options.

  4. Click on “Dial Center” to browse through the available watch faces. Here you will find an extensive collection of designs to choose from.

  5. Choose the watch face that suits you best and download it.
  6. The downloaded watch faces are automatically added to the default watch faces on your smartwatch. You can select them in the same way as described above.

Want to make your GARD PRO Ultra smartwatch even more personal? You can set your own photo of, for example, your pet, children, or another favorite image as the watch face. Follow the steps below to do this:

  1. Open the GloryFit app on your smartphone.
  2. Go to “Device” in the menu.

  3. Select “Watchfaces.”

  4. Click on “Customer dial.”

  5. Upload the photo of your choice from your gallery. You can also adjust the color of the time display here to perfectly match your image.
  6. Save the settings, and your personalized watch face will be instantly set on your smartwatch.
